Name change to the underlying fund of R86 Amundi Absolute Volatility World Equities

Friends Provident International has been notified by Amundi Asset Management (“The Company”) of a name change of the underlying fund into which R86 Amundi Absolute Volatility World Equities invests. This change will become effective from 01 June 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
The Company have confirmed:
“Following the merger of Pioneer Investments with Amundi group in July 2017, we are now undertaking the final phase of an integration process which aims to deliver, through fund mergers and rationalisation, a focused and enhanced product range with strength and depth across all asset classes.
The naming convention of the Amundi Funds’ Sub-Funds offered will be revised with effect from the 1st of June 2019 to ensure consistency across the range.”
As a result, the name of R86 Amundi Absolute Volatility World Equities will also be revised. Please see the table below for the name changes that will take place on the Effective Date in relation to R86 Amundi Absolute Volatility World Equities.
