Notification of a change to the underlying fund of P66 JPMorgan Eastern Smaller Companies

We have been notified by JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) S.a.r.l (“The Company”) of the upcoming change of name of the underlying fund of P66 JPMorgan Eastern Smaller Companies. This change will come into effect from 31 May 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
As a result of this change, the following changes to the above named fund will also come into effect from the Effective Date. These changes are detailed in the table below.
