Notification of a change to the underlying fund of R12 DWS Global Agribusiness

We have been notified by DWS Investment S.A (the “Company”) of the following mandatory merger of the underlying fund of R12 DWS Global Agribusiness. This change will take effect from 12th May 2020 (the “Effective Date”).
