Notification of a name change of the underlying fund of various Schroder funds

We have been notified by Schroder International Selection Fund (the “Company”) of the following upcoming name change of the underlying fund into which the above named mirror funds invest. This change will take effect from 21 June 2021.
Rationale for the change
The Company have confirmed that the name change is to reflect that the underlying fund of the above named mirror funds investment strategy includes exposure to sectors that are not classified under the traditional “bricks and mortar” definition of real estate, such as:
- Technology (data centres, communications infrastructure)
- Infrastructure (airports, toll roads)
- Specialist real estate (self storage, laboratory space, leisure and gaming)
- Specialist accommodation (hotels, student accommodation, specialist residential)
As a result of these changes to the underlying fund, the above named mirror funds will also undergo name changes to remove the reference to real estate. Please find details of the name changes in the tables below.
